Helix Bar Review, Inc. (“Helix”) is committed to facilitating and improving the accessibility and usability of its website and its Learning Management System (“LMS”) platform, success.helixbarreview.org. The LMS, which is used to host Helix’s products and services, is provided by an external third party.
Helix’s vendor’s LMS is accessible to persons with disabilities, including users of screen reader technology, and was built following the Web Content Accessibility 2.1 Guidelines (“WCAG 2.1 Guidelines”).
Helix engaged UsableNet Inc., a leading web accessibility consultant, to help test and maintain our website and platform, success.helixbarreview.org, in line with WCAG 2.1 Guidelines, which also bring the website and platform into conformance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
